I have a new addiction.

I was going so well with this Blogging thing. 

It was a great stress reliever and it gave me some to do with all the information I was gaining from other blogs.

Then I decided that it was time for me to start reading the Harry Potter novels, and now I spend my evenings reading, I don't even have time for my knitting.

I have been in my senior years of high school when the Harry fever was sweeping the world. I remember my young niece and nephew were hooked, my niece took the books everywhere if we were out to dinner she had a book in her lap at all times only closing it to eat. She has one set that is falling apart (she must now them by heart) she recently got a new box set that she is never going to read.  

I never got into the books at the beginning, I thought they were for tweens and between school, work and hanging out and I never made the time to read them.

However since the last movie will be released this year I thought it time I read them and finally saw the films.

I started one and a half weeks ago and I have just started the 4th book. I'd only seem 2 of the films, both because my niece made me watch them, but I'm finding the books to be so addictive. I love the old fashion(ness) of the wizarding world.

Have you read the books? Did you get hooked at the beginning or did you wait til the movies were released? What did you think of the stories?

It is the last week of term in QLD we have  had a 12 week term, I'm annoyed we only get one week off, but I'l going to Sydney for a few days on Saturday and I can't wait to get on a plane and get away.
