A childhood friend of mine and his sister are very heavily into the Brisbane Music scene, they have a band together (RVLR) and while the band was recently on a break Joel decided to break out and do some single work.
His stage name is Joel Myles and this is his award winning video.
This video won the award for Best Music Video at the MVMU in Brisbane 2010.
Today Joel Myles and the group the Jetpack Academy will be playing in the Queen Street Mall in Brisbane CBD. They will be doing 2 sets at 12pm, 1pm and 2pm. If you are in Brisbane go check them out.
I really wanted to go see this little free gig. But I am going to opposite direction down to the Gold Coast in order to see my sister and pick up some books she has for me.
