Sunday Baking

This morning I decided to get ready for the week with some healthy snacks for morning tea.  I tried baking ANZAC biscuits yesterday, but despite using the same recipe to make amazing biscuits previously this time they were much to dry (still tasted nice but not quite right).  So this morning it was raspberry, blueberry and strawberry muffins, with a tiny amount of sugar and halving the amount of flour for oats.
They taste devine, I'll be making these again.
