Artful Inspiration..

Has anyone come across the Folk Art Papercrafts by Suzy Taylor blog?

I just stumbled upon it today via another three blogs along the way.

The artist Suzy Taylor works out of North London and has a shop on Etsy.

This "Alphabet Tree" would be perfect in any young persons room.  I know many parents that like to bring educational art into their children's rooms, this is yet another gorgeous example for parents to use.

I love this one entitled "Jewish Wedding". Such beauty and delicate imagery. I would definitely love to go to a wedding like this.

These "Baroque Houses" are also fantastically done, such intricate detail. I could only imagine the kind of patience needed to create this windows.

I love this house, being able to see into all the rooms just like a child's doll house. I also love the tree and swing in the garden and the washing hanging out. Don't you love looking through the rooms and looking at the house hold items that make up the rooms

This is possibly my favourite.  

The little garden with the different fruits and vegetables in their own little spaces. 

I love how different you can create trees in this form of art.  

As a child I was obsessed with drawing trees, I don't know why I loved the colours.

I have been inspired to try this type of artwork, I did a few works like this when I was younger but that was many years ago.  I will update the results... good or bad.
