I am still thinking about those poor people in Japan this morning and for all the people who can't find family members. Friends of mine have cousins in North Japan and haven't been able to contact them as phone lines and mobile towers are down. Just horrible news. It's also a busy tourist period for the North of Japan with the ski season wrapping up soon. So many tourists in the area and so many villages that can be affected.
I also heard about the person in the U.S that is missing and the 4 that got rescued after being swept away while filming the large waves come towards California and Oregon. If you are near these places please be safe.
What are your plans for the weekend?
I started the day with this fantastic Banana and Mixed Berry Smoothie. Just the perfect thing to get me going in the mornings.
I am going window shopping with a friend of mine, trying to find an outfit for another friends wedding. Then we are going to the pictures to see the film "The Adjustment Bureau". I'm looking forward to today, catching up with a friend I don't often to get to see. WE were going to the beach but the weather looks like rain, so shopping is the next best thing.
